Our Community Development Corporation seeks to solve segregation of people by race, income, or class. Everyone deserves to have a safe, affordable home in a good neighborhood. We build mixed income communities of high quality homes with top drawer amenities.

Recognizing the importance of owning land as a means to grow generational wealth, our Community Land Trust model provides a stepping stone solution for low income families to escape the rent trap and start their journey toward full home & land ownership.
